Clinical Cases
This year, AMWC Latin America opens a new space for discussion, a session where interesting and innovative clinical cases will be presented for the professional growth of all attendees.
To submit your case and be part of AMWC LA 2024, please note that in a single document you must provide us with:
- Title
- Authors and affiliation
- Abstract
- Introduction
- Case presentation (Patient diagnosis and management. Chronological description of the patient’s evolution, including medical history, symptoms, relevant data, images, treatment administered, and results obtained)
- Follow-up: treatment administered and clinical outcome/any complications (If apply).
- Conclusions
REQUIREMENTS:
- All topics related to aesthetic medicine, anti-aging medicine, aesthetic dermatology, and related fields are welcome.
- The clinical case must be clear, practical and REAL. The case needs to be educational and not necessarily rare or unusual.
- If the case is accepted, the presenter must be registered for the event in the in-person format.
- The presenter of the case must be directly involved in its development.
- The content to be submitted should not exceed 5 pages.
- The file will be evaluated by the scientific committee, and guiding questions for the presentation will be established prior to the event.
- Cases will be chosen according to the focus decided by the scientific committee and the available time for discussion.
- The holding of this session will be subject to the number of applications received.

**Submission of a clinical case constitutes a formal commitment by the author(s) to present the work in person in Medellín – Colombia at AMWC – Latin America 2024, if accepted.
